What it DOES, is it fetches .rss feeds and formats them into a custom webpage for you to read all your feeds like it's one big 4chan thread. So far, All I have is:
It uses dialog to inform you of download progress
It generates a readout.html file you can open with any browser. Styled with simple CSS.
